Jospé's band Inner Rhythm is a high energy jazz and world-beat ensemble, performing original compositions rooted in jazz, Latin, Afro-Cuban and contemporary fusion styles, as well as jazz classics. Inner Rhythm features some of Virginia's finest jazz musicians including Jeff Decker, Bob Hallahan, Kevin Davis, and Randall Pharr. Currently touring with Inner Rhythm is vocalist Heather Maxwell.
